"At the age of 36 I am thrilled and blessed to be doing what I love every day and to have a positive impact on people's lives!"

Michelle has been active since the age of 3, starting with gymnastics and later found a passion for dance. In 2001, she danced beyond schooling and into the professional realm, performing with Texas Ballet Theatre and enjoyed their home stage of The Bass Hall in Ft. Worth as well as other large theaters in the DFW area. She continues to dance with companies throughout DFW.
Her professional dance experience gives Michelle a deep understanding of what it takes to be an elite level athlete and the toll that can take on one's body. She loves helping athletes of all kinds stay in the game with strength and grace. Michelle teaches Progressing Ballet Technique to young dancers - it is amazing to help them progress safely!
