In one-on-one sessions, we gently guide your nervous system toward deeper regulation and safety using principles of Polyvagal Theory and somatic practices. Many people only connect with their bodies after trauma, chronic stress, or dysregulation leaves them feeling stuck in survival modes—fight/flight tension or dorsal shutdown numbness.

Drawing from the Franklin Method, mindful movement, breath exploration, and gentle somatic cues, we cultivate ventral vagal activation—the state of calm connection, rest, and possibility. Sessions focus on building positive interoception, releasing stored patterns without revisiting pain, and restoring your body’s natural capacity for resilience and joy.
