Workshop Overview

The information within this class can provide a safe container for you to take control of your own healing journey and ‘make yourself’. You are not a victim – however, you may not have been empowered with the right information to take control of your own process.

My process intertwines in with any healing modality, understanding it will help you make better choices to help yourself as you develop a ‘Felt Sense’ around what is useful for you and when. For example: EMDR for trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy, group counseling, grief counseling, acupuncture, bodywork, fitness classes or personal training, Pilates, breathwork, nutrition changes…..on and on. The list of “health and wellness” recommendations is endless and can feel overwhelming – but not within the framework I will lay out for you here.
