Class Overview

Join Michelle for an embodied movement class featuring Franklin Method techniques. This class is designed to enhance human functioning and promote body-mind integration through heightened movement awareness. Incorporating movement, self-touch, self-talk, and mental imagery, we explore your body's dynamics, boost lymphatics and blood flow, hydrate connective tissues and joints, and enhance neural plasticity. The outcomes include a relaxed body, an alert mind, reduced stress, diminished pain, and increased enjoyment in daily life. We emphasize small tailored class sizes, usually limited to four participants, to provide personalized attention and capitalize on the expertise of the well-trained staff. This approach allows instructors to customize exercises based on each participant's unique needs and goals. Our pricing reflects this client-centered approach.
