Class Overview
Our Pilates Jumpboard class combines strength, cardio, and fun by adding a jumpboard to the reformer for dynamic, low-impact jumps. This full-body workout engages your core, legs, and glutes while boosting cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. The class improves coordination, balance, and muscle tone, offering a fresh and challenging twist on traditional Pilates. Jump, sweat, and feel stronger with every session!
