Class Overview
This unique class integrates body & mind for the physical & mental wellness of the dancers.
Body: We will utilize Pilates, dance conditioning, mental imagery and Franklin Method to:

Understand & improve your turnout and hip strength

Understand & improve posture
-
Understand & improve fascial health & flexibility
-
Improve core strength
-
Prevent injury
-
Improve coordination
Mind: You will also learn mental wellness tools to enhance resilience to life's stress and manage anxiety.
Dancers should bring a journal & a pen.
