Dance Conditioning

Class Overview

This unique class integrates body & mind for the physical & mental wellness of the dancers.

Body: We will utilize Pilates, dance conditioning, mental imagery and Franklin Method to:

  • Understand & improve your turnout and hip strength

  • Understand & improve posture

  • Understand & improve fascial health & flexibility

  • Improve core strength

  • Prevent injury

  • Improve coordination

Mind: You will also learn mental wellness tools to enhance resilience to life's stress and manage anxiety.

Dancers should bring a journal & a pen.
