We blend in the Franklin Method, founded by Eric Franklin and grounded in today's latest research and evidence-based practices. It layers modern neurocognitive tools—like Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI™) with metaphorical visualization, anatomical embodiment, and movement—to deepen body awareness, release tension, refine alignment, and make every motion more efficient and intuitive.
