With an eye for detail and special attention to the each movement Shea enjoys helping people to live pain free and reach their fitness goals.

After completing Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and Masters of Arts in linguistics degrees for the University of North Texas, Shea decided to follow her passion for health and fitness.

With an eye for detail and special attention to the each movement Shea enjoys helping people to live pain free and reach their fitness goals. Shea has helped many clients bridge the gap from injury to life, helping with everything from managing pain associated with Guillam-Barre Syndrome, knee injury, low back pain and even manage stress and anxiety with the right level of therapeutic exercise.

Shea began as a registered RYT 200 yoga teacher, before starting her aerial yoga career. She began taking Pilates to cross-train for her aerial arts classes and developed a deep love and appreciation for the functional bio-mechanics which led her to the STOTT Pilates program. She is fully certified in Pilates Mat, Reformer, Stability Chair, and Cadillac. She also completed the STOTT Pilates certification for injuries. Shea’s specialty is joint stability and has a keen eye for detail and form for each movement.
