Lourdes' introduction to the practice began in 2018, sparking a curiosity that led to her comprehensive training in classical Pilates.
With a background as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the insurance industry, Lourdes brings a structured and dedicated approach to her instruction. A Chicago native, she now resides in Flower Mound with her family. In her free time, she enjoys hobbies such as cooking and traveling.
